TERMS OF USE

The Customer is defined as anyone who accesses PCTRMG.com regardless of whether said Customer is a registered user and regardless of whether said Customer places an order or not. These Terms of User describe your rights and responsibilities as the Customer of PCTRMG.com and govern all purchases made at PCTRMG.com

PCTRMG.com services are provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors aged between 13 and 17, who have parental permission to open and maintain an account. Use of the PCTRMG.com web site service constitutes acceptance and agreement of these Terms of User. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before using PCTRMG.com and placing an order.

In registering for a PCTRMG.com account, once the "Submit" button is clicked and the registration process is completed, you are stating that you are eligible for an account and you agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions of the service and any additional terms and conditions defined for PCTRMG.com account users.

PCTRMG.com reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use, at any time and in its sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the PCTRMG.com web site. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you can choose to terminate your use of the PCTRMG.com website and all its related service. Your continued use of the PCTRMG.com web site will constitute binding acceptance of the changes of the Terms of Use.

In order for PCTRMG.com to quickly, efficiently and professionally serve our customers' needs as well as to insure that all customer correspondence is properly documented, please submit ALL inquiries to us via email or the contact form. Inquiries will be electronically confirmed to you within minutes and responded to within 48 hours or less as long as your order number or the word "PCTRMG.com" is placed in the subject line of your email, and it is successfully sent to support@PCTRMG.com ONLY. Please DO NOT send emails to any other PCTRMG.com email addresses (unless otherwise requested by PCTRMG.com staff) since it will be discarded as SPAM.

In case of any disputes between the Customer and PCTRMG.com, PCTRMG.com reserves the final right of decision.

1. All content on PCTRMG.com, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, videos and anything else that may appear on PCTRMG.com is for personal use only and not to be reproduced for any other purposes without prior permission from PCTRMG.com.

   All content that is the property of PCTRMG.com are protected by international copyright laws.

2. PCTRMG.com shall not be liable or responsible for any injury or damage to any person or property whatsoever by reason of, or in any manner growing out of, any content posted by PCTRMG.com or third parties.

3. There may be links on PCTRMG.com that lead to Third Party web sites posted either by PCTRMG.com or another party. The Customer is advised to read the privacy policy and terms of use of these websites. PCTRMG.com is not responsible for any materials or content found on such Third Party web sites and will not be held liable for any consequences as a result of the Customer accessing or using these Third Party web sites.

4. PCTRMG.com does not accept any responsibility or liability for any losses, damage or injury of any kind which is in any way connected with the Customer's use of PCTRMG.com's products.

5. The Customer certifies that (s)he is over the legal age 18 and has the ability to enter into any and all transactions on PCTRMG.com website. For Customers aged between 13 and 17, they can only use the website services under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. Users aged below 13 are not permitted to use the website.

6. Cash Dollar and PCTRMG.com Points

   Cash Dollars and PCTRMG.com Points are exclusive currencies used on PCTRMG.com. Should an item be valid for purchase using Cash Dollars, no more than 90% of the cost of can be paid for with Cash Dollars. PCTRMG.com Points can be used to redeem Cash Dollars at rates specified by PCTRMG.com or at special promotion rates set during promotion periods. Promotion deals may end, become invalid or be terminated at any point without prior notice. PCTRMG.com reserves the final right of decision in the distribution, earning and use of these currencies and may add, delete, and/or modify any rights related to these currencies without prior notice.

7. Cancellation

   The Customer may make cancellation of any order by successfully contacting our customer support team before shipment has been made. The Customer may not in any case cancel the order if the order has already been shipped and the email notification of shipment has been sent. In case of any disputes between the Customer and PCTRMG.com, PCTRMG.com reserves the final right of decision.

8. Exchange/Return

   If the Customer receives a defective or faulty product, the product can be exchanged or refunded within 5 working days from the day that it was received. The product must be unused, unwashed and with original packaging intact. For orders without tracking, products can be exchanged or refunded until 30 days after the order was placed by the Customer. In cases of disputes, PCTRMG.com reserves the right of final judgment.

9. Insurance Option

   The Customer may purchase an insurance option at the time of placing the order. Under the insurance option, should the order delivery not reach the Customer due to unforeseen circumstances, PCTRMG.com will re-ship the item to the Customer. Each insurance option only covers the specific order which it was purchased for and is non-refundable.

10. Appropriate Care and Usage

    Customers have the responsibility to take the appropriate care in using any products purchased from PCTRMG.com. All electronics should be handled with care and all food related items and utensils should be washed thoroughly before use. In the case of any harm, injuries, or any negative consequence as a result of using any product purchases on PCTRMG.com, it will be the sole responsibility of the Customer and PCTRMG.com will not be held responsible in any manner or form.

11. Order Shipping

    Our delivery times for regular airmail shipments take approximately 7-15 business days for deliveries to USA and Canada. For shipments to other countries, transit may take longer due to shipping delays and increased security checks with international customs. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may incur additional transit time due to unforeseen delays with the shipping service provider and extreme weather conditions.

12. Shipping & Delivery

    PCTRMG.com utilizes well known and reputable national & international shipping carriers. All shipping times are within the control of the outside carrier and therefore are not guaranteed by PCTRMG.com. We do not currently offer overnight shipping on a local or worldwide basis. PCTRMG.com is not responsible for any VAT, Duty Charges or Brokerage Fees at time of delivery. Please check with your local laws and regulations as we are unable to advise you on these matters.

13. Order Tracking

    Tracking service is NOT available for orders made via regular airmail.

    If your order has been shipped out using an express courier service (e.g. FedEx), you may trace its progress using the tracking link provided in your order invoice. Our system will send you an email notification within 24 hours of your goods being dispatched.

14. User Conduct

    The Customer guarantees, warrants and certifies that it does not infringe upon or unlawfully, wrongfully, or improperly use any trademark, trade name, service mark, or copyright owned or claimed by another. The Customer further guarantees, warrants, and certifies that to its knowledge, no action, suit proceeding, or investigation has been instituted or threatened relating to any trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright formerly or currently used by the Customer in connection with the services rendered by PCTRMG.com. The Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PCTRMG.com from and against any and all liabilities, costs or expenses which PCTRMG.com might incur arising from or relating to the Customer's infringement upon, or unlawful, wrongful, or improper use of trademark, trade name, service mark, or copyright owned or claimed by another. PCTRMG.com reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion whether to reproduce images presented to it in connection with its business as well as the sole discretion to deny the customer the ability to ultilize the PCTRMG.com website.

15. Termination

    PCTRMG.com may terminate or suspend your account and/or access to all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that PCTRMG.com, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful or detrimental to PCTRMG.com or a third party.

16. Notice

    PCTRMG.com may deliver notices to you by means of electronic mail, a general notice on PCTRMG.com or by post. You may give notice to PCTRMG.com at any time by means of electronic mail to PCTRMG.com or by post to the following address: Unit 911, New City Center, 2 Lei Yue Mun Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

17. Modification Of Terms

    These Terms of Use may be modified from time to time. You should therefore read these Terms of Use, registration/account terms and the order terms before you user PCTRMG.com, register an account or place any order.

18. Governing Of Law

    These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning or arising from these Terms of Use.
